Red arrows midlands air festival

The Midlands Air Festival will return in 2025 to Ragley Hall, its original home, and where it was a massive success in 2018 and 2021 - 2024.

Expect the traditional 'Nightfire' on Friday, featuring a small number of air displays in the afternoon followed by a mass launch of around 100 balloons - weather permitting.

In the evening there will be an aerobatic display including Tim and Tom Dews in aircraft illuminated by LEDs and fireworks. After dark there will be a balloon glow, mass balloon assent and fireworks.

There are normally more mass ascents early in the morning and later at night on the other two days subject, as always, to weather and other constraints.

As well as classic and military jets, warbirds, display teams and the largest gathering of hot air balloons in Europe, expect truly impressive scale model displays, some with aerial battle re-enactments.
