This is regarding the incident occurred yesterday at Movie Time Rajouri Garden New Delhi. We had a 1:00 PM show for movie "Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani" which stopped working in between.

Technical glitch may occur with anyone and is not my concern.

We were 4 (all ladies and 2 being elders along with a small baby). My concern is the manner in which situation was handled. The customers no information either through announcement or other means about the channel they would be compensated.

We had to run here and there in search of manager. The refund was made available, but we did not had any information on that. Anyhow,w we managed to get the information and decided to take the same after 1 while as it was raining outside at the counters.
