For five days each March, gardeners in the Bay Area and beyond head to Golden Gate Park for the Bouquets to Art floral exhibition at the de Young Museum.

For more than 30 years, many of the top flower growers and flower arrangers have gathered at the de Young to showcase their talents and revel in the natural beauty and endless variety of color and form of flowers. The exhibition usually runs for around five days and features many different things to see and do, including:

  Tickets for the Opening Night Gala start at $200 but some say that’s a small price to pay to stroll the galleries of the de Young with some of the world’s leading flower growers and floral designers.
